About Me helps you keep a diary of health readings, medications, lab values, and doctor-ready reports. It does not diagnose conditions or prescribe treatment.

Free access

The app is provided free of charge, without subscriptions, ads, or paid features. Terms may be updated later, but privacy and no sale of user data remain core product principles.

User responsibility

• You are responsible for the accuracy of values you enter manually.
• You decide who receives your PDF reports and exported materials.
• If readings are critical, contact a doctor or emergency service.

Service availability

Some features may depend on iOS, Apple Health, iCloud, CloudKit, Apple Watch, and permissions you grant to the app.
