Purpose of the app

About Me helps you keep a diary of health readings, medications, lab values, and doctor-ready reports. It does not diagnose conditions or prescribe treatment.

Free access and AboutMe+

The core diary for blood pressure, glucose, weight, medications, symptoms, cycle, screenings, and basic reports is available for free. Advanced AboutMe+ features are offered through the App Store as auto-renewable subscriptions or a Lifetime purchase. Detailed terms are published on the AboutMe+ Subscription page.

User responsibility

• You are responsible for the accuracy of values you enter manually.
• You decide who receives your PDF reports and exported materials.
• If readings are critical, contact a doctor or emergency service.

Service availability

Some features may depend on iOS, Apple Health, iCloud, CloudKit, Apple Watch, and permissions you grant to the app.

Purchases and restoration

AboutMe+ payments are processed through Apple ID and App Store rules. You can cancel a subscription in Apple ID settings and restore purchases in the app on devices using the same Apple ID. We do not process payment details or decide refunds — Apple handles that.

We may update these terms. The current version is published on this page.
